you’re likely to grab a quick bite anyway you can,
which will most likely mean a quick fix of high fat,

lunch meal and you just skip it, you’re likely to head
for a muffin or candy bar some time in the afternoon.
When you have some spare time at the weekend, plan
your entire week’s menu and do all of the shopping, so
